Yoga classes for all age groups and fitness levels.

Classes held twice weekly to build strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.

The class starts with simple joint rotations and warming up postures. Sun salutations are done to energise the body and let the prana flow. Focus is on building postures gently and in a friendly way. Breathing techniques are taught followed by deep relaxation/ meditation.
