Hatha yoga classes for all levels. Learning yoga postures, breathing techniques, deep relaxation and meditation. 

Build strength, flexibility, endurance ,balance and most of all become stress free. Class focuses on building on each posture in a gentle, mindful and fun way. We begin the practice with gentle joint rotations and warming up poses. A few sun salutations are done to energise the body and let the prana flow. Breathing techniques are taught so that you learn to breathe better and breathe right. This is followed by savasana(deep relaxation) or meditation.

Yoga is a way of life. It's about living mindfully every moment. What you do on the mat reflects on what you do off the mat. 

It gives you a sense of calm and leaves you feeling rejuvenated.
